Which floor for which stand?

The right choice depends on what the stand has to do. A meeting-heavy stand — private rooms, negotiation tables — benefits from carpet's acoustic absorption: conversations stay private and the space feels calmer than the hall around it. A product-display stand with heavy machinery or vehicles usually combines a hard vinyl floor under the exhibits with carpeted visitor zones. A hospitality stand serving food and drink should lean towards dark or jaspe carpet tones that forgive spills between cleanings. And an outdoor or sports-themed activation is where artificial grass earns its place. Most large stands mix two or three of these materials — we quote and cut them as a single coordinated package, with aluminium profiles for clean transitions between surfaces. Fire certification: the paperwork that opens your stand

Every Spanish exhibition venue requires floor coverings with the Bfl-s1 reaction-to-fire classification, and organisers ask for the certificate during stand approval. All our exhibition ranges carry it as standard, and we hand you the documentation with the quote — not after a last-minute request during inspection week. Spanish venues run tight build-up schedules, and flooring is always on the critical path because everything else — walls, furniture, graphics — goes on top of it. Three details international exhibitors most often underestimate: freight access windows (each hall assigns unloading slots, and a truck that misses its slot may wait hours), protective film (lay it over the carpet on day one of build-up, or the floor will show every ladder mark and paint drip by opening day), and waste rules (venues charge for abandoned material, so plan the carpet's removal — or choose our recyclable range and let us collect it).
