All our exhibition carpets carry the Bfl-s1 fire certification required by Spanish exhibition venues, so your stand will pass the pre-show inspection without surprises. Prices refer to material only; cutting, delivery and installation are quoted separately according to the size and schedule of your project, with volume discounts for large stands and multi-event programmes.

How to choose the right colour

Colour is not only a branding decision — it is a maintenance decision. For multi-day shows with heavy traffic, jaspe (marbled) tones are the professional's choice: the mottled surface disguises footprints, dust and flattened walkways far better than a flat colour, so the stand still looks fresh on day four. Plain dark colours (anthracite, navy, black) read as premium and hide stains well, but show lint and bright debris; plain light colours photograph beautifully on opening day and are best reserved for short events, perimeter zones or stands with controlled access. If your brand colour is non-negotiable, our special colours range reproduces it from a palette of over 60 shades — send us a Pantone reference and we will match the closest tone, with physical samples available before you commit.

Planning your timeline: from quote to opening day

A typical order for a Barcelona show works backwards from your build-up slot. Two to three weeks before the show, send us the stand dimensions and colour: we confirm stock, price and delivery day within one business day. The week of build-up, the carpet travels from our Barcelona warehouse to the venue, cut to your measurements and labelled with your stand number and hall. On build-up day, either your stand-builder receives the rolls, or our fitters lay the carpet, tape the seams and cover the floor with protective film so painting and furniture work can continue on top; the film is peeled off hours before the doors open, revealing an untouched floor. After the show, we can dismantle and — for our recyclable range — collect the carpet for recycling.

Accessories: everything the floor needs, in one order

A stand floor is more than the carpet itself. We supply the double-sided tape approved for venue floors (it removes cleanly, which venues inspect and charge for), protective film for the build-up period, aluminium edge profiles for a clean transition to the aisle, and underlay foam where the design calls for extra comfort in meeting areas. Ordering everything together means one delivery, one invoice and no missing rolls of tape at seven in the morning on build-up day.

How it works for international exhibitors

Most of our international clients never set foot in our warehouse: send us your stand dimensions and colour reference, and we deliver the carpet cut to size directly to your stand-builder or to the venue on the agreed build-up day. We can also install it for you — our teams work inside Fira Gran Via and Fira Montjuïc every fair season and know the venues' logistics, access rules and schedules in detail: freight gates, unloading windows, badge requirements and the exact paperwork each show demands.
